Eduardo F. Rodriguez

Eddie Rodriguez is a commercial litigator with experience in all aspects of high stakes business litigation, from the inception of a case through trial and the appellate level. Mr. Rodriguez prides himself on finding pragmatic solutions to very complex disputes, all the while tailoring his litigation strategy to his client’s objectives and budget. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and their cases, however big or small they may be.

Mr. Rodriguez has handled a myriad of complex disputes, including contractual disputes, fraud and other business torts, healthcare-related disputes, all types of real estate litigation matters, employment disputes, complex matrimonial and child support disputes, and federal government contract disputes. A significant focus of his practice is devoted to international disputes involving allegations of fraud and complex jurisdictional and venue questions.

Eddie is a graduate of the Florida International University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree, the Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida International University where he earned a Master of Science in Finance, and Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
